Shipping cost is $7.99 on orders under $99.99.


Free shipping over $99.99! This discount will automatically apply at checkout if your cart meets the minimum requirements.

Once an order is placed, changes can’t be made.

Processing Time 

All orders received by 2pm CST will be processed within 1-2 business days. We get all orders out the door as quickly as possible, but please understand that there may be slower turnaround time during sale events and holidays.


Orders received Sat - Sun will ship out the following Monday. 


Once shipped, the estimated arrival time is within 3-10 business days. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. MilaGrace Boutique is not responsible for undeliverable, stolen or lost packages. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.  


Priority Shipping

If you need your order sooner, priority shipping is available for an additional fee. 


International Shipping 

International shipping is available. Please contact us sales@milagraceboutique.com  for rates. All countries will vary in rates. International orders cannot be sent to a P.O. Box. International orders will be shipped using USPS, DHL, FEDEX or UPS. We are not responsible for delays or any additional customs charges once the package leaves the US. 


Status of my order

Once you've placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your order any time by clicking the link in your email or by entering your tracking number at the corresponding shipping company. All our domestic packages are shipped via USPS and can be tracked online at https://www.usps.com/


Damaged/Incorrect Items

If an item is damaged or incorrect, it must be reported within 48 hours of the purchase date. Please email us immediately at sales@milagraceboutique.com with the following information:


Attn: Damaged or Incorrect item in the subject line. Please include full name, order number and a photo of the damaged/defective item. Please do not return damaged merchandise without contacting the store first. Upon receipt we will work quickly to get this resolved for you.

Returns

Returns for online purchases are for store credit or exchange only. Orders are eligible for return if they are received by MilaGrace Boutique within 10 days of the purchase date (date is located on your packaged invoice copy). Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, No Makeup, Deodorant Stains, Perfume, Animal Hair, Cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.) with original tags. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 10-day grace period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition. 

 

Please note: No cash, credit or debit card refunds will be issued, credit or exchange only.

Exchanges

Our inventory is limited to ensure our shopaholics have a variety of styles to choose from. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the item you want to exchange will still be available when we receive your return. If we no longer have a size or item you need, a store credit will automatically be issued. We want you to be satisfied with our products and we’ll do our best to provide you with styles you'll love. With new arrivals posted to the site weekly, we're confident you will find something new to feel great in! 

Damaged/Incorrect Items

 Wrong Address

MilaGrace Boutique is NOT responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he or she enters the correct shipping address before you checkout. 

If the package leaves MilaGrace Boutique with the incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost once we receive their package back. If the package is not delivered back to us and goes to the incorrect address, MilaGrace Boutique will not be held responsible. 

Lost, Damaged or Stolen Package

Once the package leaves MilaGrace Boutique and is in the hands of the carrier, MilaGrace Boutique is NOT responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.  Please contact your local carrier for information and tracking.  USPS 1-800-ASK-USPS or UPS 1-888-742-5877.

Shipping on Returns/Exchanges

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

 

Request Return

Email Sales@milagracebtq.com for return approval. Upon approval we’ll email instructions on where to send your package. 

Securely repackage your return items. Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. 

Return Shipping is solely the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise while in transit. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 days for us to process your return.

Once processed, your store credit (minus any shipping fee, except free shipping) will be emailed to you. We do NOT offer any cash refunds.

Items purchased with store credit are final sale.
